How to create teams?

This knowledge base article provides a simple step-by-step guide on how to create teams

1. Log in to Your FreJun Account:  Open your preferred web browser and go to the FreJun login page. Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account dashboard.
   
   
2. Navigate to Users and Teams: After navigating to Users and Teams , you can click the “Teams” option , this will navigate you to Teams page. In this page you can find an option to “Add Team”.  Here, you can create a team by assigning the team name and members ,after assigning click “Save”.

   
  3.      Contact Support: If the issue persists despite trying the above steps, please reach out to our support team. They will be able to provide further assistance and investigate the root cause of the problem.
