How to Create a Multi-Level IVR?
FreJun allows you to build multi-level IVR menus for deeper call flows.
Steps to create a Multi-Level IVR:--
In your IVR flow, select any keypress where you'd like to add a new level.

From the "Select Action" dropdown, choose “IVR Menu”.

A new IVR node will appear beneath that keypress.

Click on the new node to configure additional keypress options, just like you did on the main level.

Assign the appropriate actions to each new key (e.g., connect to user, play audio, or hang up).

Complete any required fields, such as uploading audio prompts.
This structure allows you to create multi-tiered IVR systems, giving callers a more intuitive and organised experience.
