How to add users?

This knowledge base article provides a simple step-by-step guide on how to add users

1. Log in to Your FreJun Account:  Open your preferred web browser and go to the FreJun login page. Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account dashboard.
   
2. Navigate to Users and Teams: After navigating to Users and Teams , you can click the “Users” option , this will navigate you to Users page. In this page you can find an option to “Add users”. In this option you can add users by providing their First name , Last name , Email and Mobile number , and click “Save”.
   
3.  Contact Support: If the issue persists despite trying the above steps, please reach out to our support team. They will be able to provide further assistance and investigate the root cause of the problem.
