How to Add Contacts in FreJun WhatsApp Business | Quick Guide
Easily add contacts to your FreJun WhatsApp Business account so you can start messaging or calling clients without delay. Navigate to the Chat tab in your dashboard, search by number or name, open the contact chat, enter the contact’s name, and click “Save.” Once saved, the contact becomes available across chats — enabling smooth communication and efficient contact management for your business.
Steps to Add a Contact:

Go to the Chat Tab
From the FreJun dashboard, click on the Chat section on the left sidebar. -
Search for the Number
Use the search bar to find the contact either by number or name (if previously saved). -
Select the Number
Click on the desired number to open the chat window. -
Enter Contact Name
In the contact detail section, enter the name you wish to assign. -
Save the Contact
Click Save. The contact is now successfully added.
