How to Add Call Reason and Outcome in FreJun Mobile App?

The FreJun Mobile Dialer App allows users to capture important call details immediately after every conversation. By adding call reason, call outcome, and call notes, teams can maintain structured communication records, improve follow-ups, and ensure that no customer interaction goes untracked. With an easy post-call summary screen, FreJun simplifies conversation logging without manual CRM entry. Whether you’re marking a lead as Interested, Not Answered, or scheduling a Follow-up, the app ensures your call data stays organized and actionable—directly from your mobile device.

Steps to Add Call Reason and Outcome

1. Open the FreJun Mobile Dialer App
   Launch the app on your smartphone.

2. Dial the Number and Initiate the Call

   • Go to the Dialer tab.

   • Enter the phone number or select a contact from the list.

   • Tap Call to begin the call.

   • Once the call ends (either completed or disconnected), you’ll be redirected automatically to a Post-Call Summary screen.

3.  Select Call Reason and Outcome
   

   On this screen, you’ll see dropdowns or fields to select:

   • • • Call Reason (e.g., Follow-up, Demo, Support, etc.)

       • Call Outcome (e.g., Reached, Not Answered, Interested, Not Interested)

       • Optionally, add any relevant Call Notes for future reference.

4. Click on Save 
   

   After filling in the details, tap the “Save” button.

   Your call reason, outcome, and notes will be updated and saved successfully.
