How to Add Call Reason and Outcome in FreJun Mobile App?
FreJun Mobile Dialer App lets you log call details such as call reason, call outcome, and call notes right after a call ends. This helps maintain accurate records and follow up effectively.
Steps to Add Call Reason and Outcome

Open the FreJun Mobile Dialer App
Launch the app on your smartphone. -
Dial the Number and Initiate the Call

Go to the Dialer tab.

Enter the phone number or select a contact from the list.

Tap Call to begin the call.

Once the call ends (either completed or disconnected), you’ll be redirected automatically to a Post-Call Summary screen.

- Select Call Reason and Outcome
On this screen, you’ll see dropdowns or fields to select:

Call Reason (e.g., Follow-up, Demo, Support, etc.)

Call Outcome (e.g., Reached, Not Answered, Interested, Not Interested)

Optionally, add any relevant Call Notes for future reference.

- Click on Save
After filling in the details, tap the “Save” button.
Your call reason, outcome, and notes will be updated and saved successfully.
