However, changes made directly in Deskera (like updating a contact or deal) do not sync back to FreJun, except for new contacts created in Deskera (if contact sync is enabled). This article explains how the sync works so teams can understand where data lives and how to keep their CRM and calling platform in sync. FreJun supports **one-way sync** from FreJun to Deskera. Data such as call logs, recordings, and notes are pushed to Deskera.
