How Does Data Synchronization Work Between FreJun and Deskera? | Integration Guide

FreJun’s integration with Deskera uses one‑way data synchronization: call logs, call recordings, and call notes created in FreJun are automatically pushed to Deskera. However, changes made directly in Deskera (like updating a contact or deal) do not sync back to FreJun, except for new contacts created in Deskera (if contact sync is enabled). This article explains how the sync works so teams can understand where data lives and how to keep their CRM and calling platform in sync.

FreJun supports one-way sync from FreJun to Deskera. Data such as call logs, recordings, and notes are pushed to Deskera. Changes made in Deskera do not reflect back in FreJun, except for new contact creation (if contact sync is enabled).
