How to Start and Manage an Auto Dial Session in FreJun ?
When you click Start Auto Dial, you will be guided through setting up your dialing session:

Name Your Auto Dial Session:
Provide a clear, descriptive name to easily identify the session later. -
Select the Gap Between Calls:
Choose a pause duration between calls from the options: 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, or 20 seconds. This controls the pacing of your calls. -
Click Start Auto Dial:
This will begin the automated calling process.
While the Auto Dial is Running, You Can:

Pause: Temporarily halt the dialling without ending the session.

End: Stop the auto dial session completely at any time.
Important:
The contact limit for auto dialling is 500 contacts per session.
