How to Start and Manage an Auto Dial Session in FreJun ?

Learn how FreJun’s auto dialler works — from starting a session to managing call pacing, pauses, and limits for high-volume outbound calling.

Auto dialling in FreJun helps sales, recruitment, and support teams automate outbound calling by dialing contacts sequentially with predefined intervals. This reduces manual effort, increases agent productivity, and ensures consistent call pacing without human error.

With FreJun’s Auto Dial feature, users can easily start, pause, or end a calling session while maintaining full control over call gaps and contact limits. It’s designed for high-volume outbound workflows while staying compliant and efficient.

When you click Start Auto Dial, you will be guided through setting up your dialing session:

  1. Name Your Auto Dial Session:
Provide a clear, descriptive name to easily identify the session later.

  2. Select the Gap Between Calls:
Choose a pause duration between calls from the options: 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, or 20 seconds. This controls the pacing of your calls.

  3. Click Start Auto Dial:
This will begin the automated calling process.

While the Auto Dial is Running, You Can:

  • Pause: Temporarily halt the dialling without ending the session.

  • End: Stop the auto dial session completely at any time.

Important:

The contact limit for auto dialling is 500 contacts per session.
