How do I enable or disable Auto Charge for my FreJun subscription?

You can control Auto Charge from the Billing section to automate or stop renewal payments. Auto Charge automatically pays renewal invoices using your saved card. 

To manage Auto Charge, follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to the FreJun web app. 
  1. Go to Billing → Toggle Auto Charge on Renewal. 

When enabling Auto Charge: 

  • Save at least one valid card. 
  • Disable subscription-based credit payments. 
  • Fix errors shown if conditions are unmet. 

When disabling Auto Charge: 

  • Turn it off anytime without restrictions. 

Important notes: 

  • Activate only one auto-payment method at a time. 
  • Auto Charge runs when a renewal invoice is sent. 
  • FreJun adds credits after successful payment.
