Can we delete a Keypress in the IVR Flow?

Yes, you can delete a keypress while creating the IVR or even after publishing, by using the Edit IVR Flow option.

 Steps to delete a keypress:
    1. Navigate to the keypress you want to remove.
    2. Click on the ‘X’ (cross icon) next to that keypress.
    3. A confirmation prompt will appear—click Delete to confirm.
    4. The keypress will be removed from the flow, and you can always add it back later if needed.
