How do I clear contact selection in the Contact List?
Managing contacts efficiently is essential when running calling campaigns or organizing follow-ups in FreJun. Sometimes you may accidentally select the wrong contacts or decide not to proceed with an action like assigning or unassigning. FreJun provides a simple Clear Selection option to help you instantly reset your choices without refreshing the page or starting over.
This guide walks you through the exact steps to deselect contacts in the Contact List. Whether you’re preparing a fresh calling list or correcting a mistaken selection, this feature ensures smooth and error-free contact management.
Once you've selected contacts from the Contact List, you'll see three options appear:

Clear Selection

Assign
-
Unassign
To remove your current selection:

Click on “Clear Selection”

This will immediately deselect all selected contacts
Use this when you've selected the wrong contacts or want to start fresh without applying any action.
