How do I assign Browser Calling Licenses to users?

To enable users to make calls through their browser, you must assign the Browser Calling License to them. Follow the steps below to ensure your users are correctly licensed.

Steps to assign a Browser Calling License:

  1. Go to the Users tab in your admin panel.

  2. Hover over the user's row.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the row.

  4. Select Edit User.

  5. In the User Details panel, locate the license settings.

  6. Assign the Browser Calling License to the user.

  7. Click Save. Changes take effect immediately.
