# How can I view the call recording URL instead of the summary in Salesforce?

## Learn how to display the actual FreJun call recording URL in Salesforce instead of the AI-generated call summary by unhiding the Call Result field.

FreJun automatically syncs both **AI-powered call summaries** and the **actual call recording URL** into Salesforce to help sales teams review conversations efficiently. However, by default, Salesforce only displays the summary, while the recording URL remains hidden within the Call Result field.

If you want quick access to the **original call recording for quality checks, coaching, audits, or compliance**, this guide shows you exactly how to unhide and display the recording URL in your Salesforce layout. The process takes only a few minutes and ensures your team can listen to calls directly from Salesforce without switching tools.

FreJun syncs **both** the summary and the actual **call recording URL** to Salesforce. The recording URL is stored in the **Call Result** field, which is **hidden by default**.
