# How can I view call logs in Zoho CRM?

## Easily access all your FreJun call logs in Zoho CRM’s Closed Activities section, including call recordings, timestamps, and call types for better sales and support tracking.

Managing your sales and support calls is crucial for effective CRM tracking. With FreJun integrated into Zoho CRM, you can effortlessly view all your call logs directly within each lead or contact record. This allows your team to monitor communication history, review call recordings, and ensure timely follow-ups.

In Zoho CRM, call logs are stored in the Closed Activities section, providing detailed information like call type (incoming or outgoing), timestamps, and recording links for answered calls. Whether you are tracking leads, contacts, or ongoing deals, accessing call logs has never been easier.

Call logs are available in the **Closed Activities** section of a lead or contact record in Zoho CRM.

**Steps to view:**

- Navigate to the **Leads** or **Contacts** module
