# How to Set My Status to “Away” in FreJun | User Status Guide

## FreJun lets you manually set your status to “Away” to let your team know you’re not actively available. This article explains the simple steps: click your profile icon in the top‑right corner, click on your current status (usually “Available”), and choose “Away” from the dropdown menu. Using the Away status helps improve team coordination by clearly showing who is online and ready to take calls versus who is temporarily offline.

Here’s how you can set yourself as “Away” in FreJun:

1. Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner.
2. You will see your current status displayed as Available.
3. Click on Available, and a dropdown will appear.
4. From the dropdown, select Away to update your status.

This feature helps indicate when you're not actively using the system.
