How can I remove virtual number (VN) add-ons?

You can remove non-Indian virtual number add-ons when they are no longer required. FreJun allows organizations to remove VN add-ons and schedule their release. 

To remove a VN add-on, follow these steps (Web App): 

  1. Log in to the FreJun web app. 
  1. Go to Virtual Numbers. 
  1. Select More → Remove → Confirm for the required VN. 

What happens after removal: 

  • The VN status changes to Removal Scheduled. 
  • The virtual number is deleted at the next renewal cycle. 

Important notes: 

  • Only users with Virtual Numbers write permission can remove VN licenses. 
  • Removed virtual numbers are released and may be reassigned or re-purchased. 
  • Trial virtual numbers are automatically released upon subscription activation. 
  • Indian virtual numbers cannot be removed from the product.
