How to Redial Contacts from a Campaign in FreJun | Auto Dial Redial Guide
FreJun makes it easy to redial contacts from a previous Auto Dial campaign without creating a new list. This article explains how to go to the Campaigns section, open a past Auto Dial session, select the contacts you want to redial (ensuring at least 2 and no more than 500), and use the “Redial” button to restart the calling sequence. This helps teams quickly follow up on leads while avoiding duplicate calls to already contacted numbers.

Navigate to the Auto Dial Tab:
Go to the Campaigns section and select the Auto Dial tab. -
Find Previous Auto Dial Sessions:
You’ll see a list of your previous auto dial sessions. Each session name is displayed in green and is clickable. -
Open the Desired Auto Dial List:
Click on the green session name you want to redial from. This will open the contact list associated with that session. -
Redial Contacts:
Follow these steps to redial contacts from the opened list:-
Use the checkbox below the “Contact” header to select contacts.

Important: Deselect contacts that have already been dialled to avoid repetition.

Ensure you select at least 2 and no more than 500 contacts.

Once your selection is valid, the “Redial” option will appear on the top right. Click it to
start dialling.
