Getting Started with FreJun on Mobile

Setting up FreJun on your smartphone is simple and allows you to manage your business communication on the go. Follow the steps below to get up and running in just a few minutes:


1. Download the FreJun Dialer App

Depending on your mobile operating system, download the FreJun app from the respective app store:

  • For Android Users:

    • Open the Google Play Store.

    • Search for “FreJun Dialer”.

    • Tap Install to download the app onto your device.

  • For iOS Users:

    • Open the App Store.

    • Search for “FreJun Dialer”.

    • Tap Get and authenticate if required to install the app.

🔒 Make sure you’re downloading the official FreJun app developed by FreJun Technologies to ensure security and support.


2. Log In to Your Account

Once the app is installed:

  • Launch the FreJun Dialer.

  • Enter your registered email ID and password.

  • Tap Sign In to access your account.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it via your email.


3. Start Using FreJun

You’re now ready to explore all the features the FreJun mobile app has to offer:

  • Make and Receive Calls: Use the in-app dialer to place outbound calls and receive incoming calls directly.

  • Manage Call Logs: Access recent call history, view details, redial numbers, and log call outcomes.

  • Send SMS: Use the messaging feature to send SMS to your contacts from your business number.

  • Post-Call Notes: Add follow-up notes and mark call dispositions after each conversation.

  • Notifications: Get notified for missed calls, voicemails, and reminders.
