FreJun’s **Users & Teams** feature empowers account owners and admins to manage team members effectively, assign roles, and streamline communication workflows. By using this feature, you can add new users, assign licenses, set roles, and configure add-ons to ensure your team is fully operational. Organizing users into teams enables better call routing, performance tracking, and monitoring of activity. Whether you’re creating a new team, modifying existing members, or managing permissions, FreJun provides a robust interface to handle all aspects of team management efficiently. *The Users & Teams feature in FreJun helps owners and admins manage users, assign roles, and organise teams, including adding new users* ### Users: How to Add a User This feature is available exclusively to owners and admins. Owners and admins can invite users to FreJun by specifying essential details such as email, license, role, and add-ons. #### Steps to Add a New User: 1. Navigate to Users & Teams: - Go to the Users & Teams section. 2. Click on Add User: - Click on Invite User. This option will only be available if the owner has enough licenses to add new users. If there are not enough licenses, the "Invite User" button will be disabled. 3. Fill in the User's Details: - Email: Enter the user’s email address. - Plan License: Select the appropriate license for the user. - Role: Choose the user's role (Agent, Admin, or Custom Role). - Virtual Number: Assign a virtual number if needed. - Add-ons: Choose any add-ons (such as Browser Calling, AutoDial) for the user. 4. Send Invitation: - After entering the required details, click Invite to send an invitation to the user. - The user will receive an email with an invite code that is valid for 24 hours. If the code expires, you will need to resend it. 5. User Acceptance: - The user will receive an email with a 6-character code and a link. - By clicking the link, the user will be redirected to the FreJun invite page, where they will fill in their details and create a password. - Once the password is set, the user’s account becomes active, and they can start making calls and using FreJun. --- ### Teams: How to Create and Manage Teams The Teams feature allows owners and admins to organize users into specific teams. This is helpful for routing incoming calls, monitoring team performance, and filtering call data based on the team’s activity. #### Steps to Create a Team: 1. Navigate to Users & Teams: - Go to the Users & Teams section. 2. Click on Teams: - Select Teams from the menu. 3. Click on Create Team: - Click on Create Team to start adding team members. 4. Add Team Details: - Enter a valid team name. - Select the users you want to assign to the team. You can select multiple users and remove them as needed. 5. Save the Team: - After adding the desired users, click Save to create the team. #### Managing Teams: - Edit Team: You can modify the team name and add or remove users as needed. - Delete Team: You can delete a team, but the users within the team will remain unaffected.
