Standard Plan - 1299 INR per user per month:

Features:

  • Virtual number (India) for outbound and inbound calling
  • Unlimited outbound and inbound calling within India only(Mobile and landline numbers). 
  • Unlimited call recordings storage (for 2 years)
  • Call activity dashboard:- To monitor the performance of the users
  • Call notes:- Users will have the option to add the notes when they make a call from chrome extension or Mobile app and Dial pad.
  • Customizable reports:- Super admins and Admins will have access to customize the reports as per the use case.
  • Call Reason and Call Outcome:- Users will have option to add the outcome and Reason when they make a call from chrome extension or Mobile app and Dial pad
  • Call history & Call filters:- FreJun provides Call history and call filters access on the web application and on mobile application.
  • Daily email reports:- Super admins or Admins can set up daily reports at their convenient time to receive automated reports to email.
  • Click to call:- FreJun provides Click to call across different webpages with the help of chrome extension.
  • Mobile app:- Users can also use Mobile app to make calls and receive calls and view call logs
  • Defined business hours:- Users will have access to set up their working hours in order to avoid the incoming calls post the working hours and to show their availability within the team.
  • Call tags:- Users will access to add call tags while they are on the call or post call.

Pro Plan - 1699 INR per user per month:

Includes all Standard Plan features, plus:

    • Incoming Call Routing:- Automate call routing. Super admins can route the incoming calls to the right user or department every time.
    • Custom greeting message for Incoming call:- A welcome message can also be added for the incoming calls.
    • Teams:- Super Admins will have access to create teams 
    • Call Transfer:- Users can transfer the call to team members based on user availability
  • Post Call Survey:- Users can send customized feedback surveys to customers after the call

Add-ons:

  • Browser-based calling - 400 INR per user per month
  • Auto-Dial - 400 INR per user per month
  • AI Insights - 1 INR per minute (includes call transcript and summary and Sentiment analysis)

International Calling Using Indian Numbers:

Users can make international calls using the Indian numbers we provide. However, international calls will be charged on a per-minute basis, and users need to top up their calling credits to be able to make these calls. Please note that making calls with a local country’s number might be a cost effective solution instead of using an Indian Number to make international calls. For example, making calls to the US with an Indian number is much more expensive than making calls with a US number. 

Number Policy:

  • FreJun provides a virtual number along with a user license.
  • FreJun assigns additional numbers in multiples of 3, charged at 600 INR per set of 3 Indian numbers. These numbers are permanently assigned to the user and will not be replaced or removed. This is a monthly recurring fee.
  • For mobile number series (+91-92 series), the cost is 850 INR per number per month. To obtain a number from this series, users must provide Aadhar card proof and commit to a 12-month contract.

TRAI guidelines and cold calling policy:-

 Telemarketing calls:- It is illegal to use standard 10-digit mobile numbers for promotional calls. Telemarketers must use designated numbers, such as those in the '140' series for promotional calls and '1600' series for transactional and service-related calls.

Compliance with TRAI:-FreJun’s's services require compliance with TRAI regulations, including avoiding calls to numbers registered on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).

Termination of Agreement: Non-compliance with regulations may lead to termination of access to FreJun’s services.

Cold calling is strictly prohibited until the party follows the TRAI guidelines.

No outbound calls shall be made within India after 9:00 PM IST.

Spam number issues:- 

FreJun is not responsible for any number marked as spam in TrueCaller or any caller identity application as we are two different entities. FreJun can help you in referring to Truecaller to Whitelisting the number.

 FreJun can help in assigning a new number with an additional monthly recurring cost.


Taxes:

All prices mentioned are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the final billing.
