2. Prerequisites
Before proceeding with the integration, ensure that you have the following:
- A Microsoft Dynamics 365 account.[ Sales Module ]
- A FreJun account.
- FreJun Chrome extension is installed.
Note: The integration is organization-based, meaning that only the super admin needs to configure it once, and it will be enabled for all users under that organization.
3. Setting Up FreJun Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Step 1: Create a FreJun Account
(If you already have a FreJun account, skip this step.)
- Visit the FreJun website and sign up for an account.
- After registering, you will receive login credentials that allow access to the FreJun dashboard.
4. Integrating FreJun with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Authentication Process
- Navigate to Settings -> Integrations.
- Click on the Connect button. (Remember, only the super admin can disconnect the integration.)
- Microsoft Dynamics will request the necessary permissions to link both systems. Click Allow to grant access.
- A login screen will appear if you are not logged in to your Microsoft Dynamics account. Enter your credentials and proceed with the authorization.
That's it! Now, whenever you make a call from FreJun, it will be logged into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
5. Chrome Extension Integration
- Install the FreJun Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Log in to the extension using your FreJun credentials.
- Once done, a Click-To-Call button will be added next to phone numbers on Microsoft Dynamics 365 pages.
- You can use this button to make calls directly from Dynamics without copying and pasting numbers into the dialer.

1. Why is my call not getting logged in Dynamics 365?
- Ensure the number is retrieved from the Phone or Mobile field in Dynamics 365. Calls made using numbers outside these fields may not sync.
- Verify that the integration is active under Settings -> Integrations in FreJun.
2. How can I ensure recordings and transcripts are attached to the right contact?
- FreJun automatically matches call records with leads in Dynamics 365 using the Phone or Mobile field.
- Ensure that numbers in Dynamics 365 are formatted correctly and not appended with extra text or symbols.
3. Why do some calls appear as unanswered or overdue?
- Answered calls are marked as completed, while unanswered or missed calls are recorded as unanswered or overdue.
4. What type of call data is logged in Microsoft Dynamics 365?
- Call details such as tags, reason, outcome, notes, and recording links are logged in Dynamics 365.
- Call recordings and transcripts are stored in the Timeline of the specific lead.
- Call logs, recordings, and transcripts are also included in the Opportunities section.
- Note: This integration is not bidirectional—only changes made in FreJun will be reflected in Dynamics, but changes made in Dynamics will not be reflected in FreJun.
5. Why are calls to fresh numbers creating contacts under the admin instead of the respective user?
- Ensure that the email ID of the user making the call in FreJun matches their email in Dynamics 365.

- FreJun retrieves numbers from the Phone and Mobile fields in leads.
- After the call, FreJun posts recording links and transcripts to the corresponding record in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Calls can be initiated directly from Dynamics using the Click-To-Call feature provided by the FreJun Chrome extension.
