The Billing feature in FreJun is accessible only to the Owner of the account. Through this feature, the owner can manage licenses, purchase additional licenses, manage numbers, and view the usage history. This page provides access to purchasing and managing Domestic and International plans, as well as adding various Add-ons and Credits.
Key Features of the Billing Page
1. Overview of Billing Page
- The Billing page is exclusive to the Owner account.
- The owner can purchase licenses, manage add-ons, and purchase numbers.
- Different types of licenses and plans can be purchased, including both Standard and Professional plans for Domestic and International usage.
2. Purchasing and Managing Licenses
The owner can manage licenses for the account. Here's how to add or remove licenses:
Add License:
- Navigate to Billing → Manage License.
- Click on Add License.
- Enter the quantity of licenses you wish to purchase.
- Click the Update License button.
- You will be redirected to the Payment page:
- Payment via Card: Enter your credit/debit card details and complete the payment.
- Payment via Credits: If you have existing credits, select this option to deduct from the available credits to add the licenses.
Once the payment is successful, the licenses will be added to your account.
Remove License:
- Go to Manage License.
- Click on Remove License.
- Enter the quantity of licenses you wish to remove.
- Save your changes.
3. Viewer License
The Viewer License is a special license that can be purchased and assigned to users who need access to view data but are not authorized to make calls.
- Purchase Process: The process for purchasing the Viewer License follows the same steps as purchasing regular licenses (as described above).
- Assigning to Users: After purchasing, the Viewer License can be assigned to users who need access to the system in a non-calling capacity.
4. Managing Virtual Numbers
Owners can also manage virtual numbers directly from the Billing page.
- Click on Manage Numbers.
- Select the virtual number you wish to purchase.
- Follow the same payment process as outlined above (via Card or Credits).
5. Add-ons: Autodial and Browser Calling
For both Autodial and Browser Calling, licenses must be purchased for the users who need access to these features.
Purchasing and Assigning Add-ons:
- Go to Billing → Manage Add-ons.
- Select Autodial or Browser Calling.
- Purchase the necessary licenses and assign them to users who require access to these features.
- Use the Add License and Remove License functions as described previously to manage licenses.
6. Credits Page
The Credits Page allows the owner to view and manage the credits for the account.
- View Credits: The current credits balance is displayed in this section.
- Add Credits:
- To add more credits, click on the Add Credits button.
- Enter the amount and complete the payment using a credit card.
- Follow the same payment flow as described for license purchases.
Viewing Credit Usage:
- Owners can also view credit usage based on specific date ranges.
7. Billing Information
The owner is required to input detailed billing information for accurate invoicing and record-keeping.
- Required Billing Information:
- Company Name
- Billing Address
- GST Number (if applicable)
Once the information is filled in, it will be used for invoicing and other billing-related purposes.
8. Billing History
The Billing History section allows the owner to view past billing records and payments based on a specified date range.
- Owners can filter the billing history by a custom date range, today, last week, this month, last month, etc.
