FreJun provides a simple and secure way to block specific phone numbers from making incoming calls to your organization. This feature helps businesses prevent spam calls, unwanted interruptions, and non-productive conversations, ensuring your teams focus only on relevant customer interactions.

Currently, phone number blocking in FreJun is available only for inbound calls and can be managed exclusively by Owners and Super Admins. By adding numbers to the Block List, you can ensure that blocked callers are automatically prevented from reaching your agents or IVR system.

Does FreJun Support Blocking Specific Phone Numbers?

Yes, FreJun allows you to block specific phone numbers, but only for incoming calls, and this feature is available exclusively to Owners and Super Admins.

To block a number, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Settings tab.

  2. Navigate to the Accounts tab within the Settings menu.

  3. Scroll down to find the Manage Block List section.

  4. Click on it and add the specific phone number you want to block for incoming calls.

This ensures that unwanted numbers will not be able to reach your organization via inbound calls.
