Can multiple virtual numbers be assigned to a single account?
Yes, multiple virtual numbers can be assigned to a single FreJun account
This feature is especially useful for businesses that:
- Operate in multiple regions or countries
- Want to maintain a local presence in different markets
- Need separate numbers for different departments (e.g., Sales, Support, HR)
India Numbers: Get numbers from different Indian cities (Bengaluru, Vijayawada, Mumbai, Hyderabad (mobile number series starting with 9) or Non-Indian countries (depending upon your preferred locations).
Single Account, Multiple Numbers: You can assign both Non-India and India numbers to one FreJun account—no need for separate setups.
Call Routing: Route incoming calls from different numbers to specific teams or agents. For the standard plan users, the calls can only be routed to a specific user. While for professional plan users, calls can be routed to both the users as well as the teams.
