With just a few clicks, you can select multiple contacts and trigger automated dialing. The system calls each number sequentially, allowing agents to focus on conversations instead of repetitive manual effort—perfect for high-volume outreach and follow-ups.

Can I Start Auto-Dialing From the Contact List?

Yes. 

Once you've selected the contacts you want to reach out to, FreJun makes it easy to begin dialing them automatically using the Auto Dial feature.

Steps to Start Auto Dialing:

  1. Go to the Contact List Tab.

  2. Select the contacts you want to dial:

    • Tick the checkbox next to individual contacts, or

    • Use the header checkbox to select all visible contacts and then choose “Select All”.

  3. Once contacts are selected, you'll see additional options appear at the top.

  4. Next to the “Add Contacts” button, click on the “Start Auto Dial” button.

This will initiate the auto-dialling process, allowing you to call selected contacts one after another without manual effort.
