Can I replace or delete a number once it’s assigned to my account?

No. The replacement policy has been discontinued. Once a number is assigned to your organization, it cannot be removed or replaced.

FreJun treats licenses and phone numbers (including complimentary ones) as distinct sub-products:

  • Licenses can be added or removed as needed.
  • Phone numbers, however, are charged separately and are non-removable once assigned.
