Yes, customers have the flexibility to remove licenses based on their requirements.  However, please note the following conditions:  - If a license is cancelled, the customer should also remove the **complimentary free number** associated with that license at the time of downgrading. - If the license is removed but the free virtual number is not removed, the number will be treated as an **additional paid number** during the next renewal - Any additional phone numbers assigned beyond the complimentary free allocation will continue to incur charges as per the current billing policy.
