Can I remove my license when required?

Yes, customers have the flexibility to remove licenses based on their requirements. 

However, please note the following conditions: 

  • If a license is cancelled, the customer should also remove the complimentary free number associated with that license at the time of downgrading. 
     
  • If the license is removed but the free virtual number is not removed, the number will be treated as an additional paid number during the next renewal 
     
  • Any additional phone numbers assigned beyond the complimentary free allocation will continue to incur charges as per the current billing policy. 

Customers are advised to review their numbers and licenses carefully at the time of downgrade to avoid unintended charges.
