FreJun offers powerful filtering tools to help you view data more effectively and focus on what matters most. You can filter insights, usage metrics, or call logs by specific users or teams directly from the top filter bar.
How to Use the Filter Options:

Select Specific Users or Teams:

Use the filter bar at the top of the page to narrow down the data.

Click on the drop-down menu and choose the user(s) or team(s) whose data you want to view.

This helps in isolating performance metrics, call activities, or usage patterns for a particular individual or group.

View Combined Data (Select All):

If you want to view data for all users at once, simply use the “Select All” option in the filter.

This will display a consolidated view of data across all users under the List tab.

Useful for organisation-level reporting or cross-team analysis.

Resetting the Filter:

To clear all selections and return to the default view, click the “Clear Filter” button.

This removes any applied filters and displays unfiltered, complete data.
