Steps to View Call Logs and Recordings (Web App)

  1. Log in to your FreJun Dashboard at frejun.com

  2. Navigate to the Call Logs section from the sidebar/menu

  3. You'll see a list of all your recent calls with details such as:

    • Contact Name/Number

    • Call Direction (Inbound/Outbound)

    • Duration

    • Call Status (Completed, Missed, Failed)

    • Timestamp

  4. To filter logs, use the search bar or apply filters (date range, user, direction, etc.)

  5. If the call was recorded, a Play button or Download icon will appear next to the log entry.

Steps to View Call Logs and Recordings (Mobile App)

  1. Open the FreJun Mobile App

  2. Go to the Calls tab (usually at the bottom navigation)

  3. Tap on any call entry to view details

  4. If a recording is available, you’ll see options to Play or Download the file

Recording Availability Notes

  • Recordings are only available for calls where recording was enabled

  • If you don’t see a recording, check with your Admin to confirm if it’s turned on for your number or team

  • Recordings may not appear immediately if the call is still processing

Who Can Access Call Logs and Recordings?

  • Users: Can view their own logs and recordings

  • Managers/Admins: Can access team or organization-wide call logs, based on permissions
