In accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), financial penalties may be imposed for violations relating to Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC). These penalties typically range from Rs. 2,00,000 (Two Lakhs) to Rs. 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs), contingent upon the nature, severity, and recurrence of the violation as determined by TRAI.
It is hereby clarified that any such violations shall be attributable solely to the failure of the customer to comply with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements governing UCC. FreJun expressly disclaims any liability for such violations.
Furthermore, FreJun reserves the unequivocal right to recover from the customer any and all penalties, fines, or monetary charges levied by TRAI or any other competent regulatory authority arising out of or in connection with the customer’s non-compliance.
By utilizing FreJun’s services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to indemnify and hold FreJun harmless against any penalties or claims resulting from UCC violations attributable to the customer’s actions or omissions.
